Id you live in this circle, you should be able to get WLIO Digital with a reasonable antenna.

And THIS MAP shows the comparison between the two Lima Ohio high power stations. Each green dot is a unique household in the area.

If you could get WLIO analog, (dashed line), you should be able to get WLIO digital!
